Selva’s 2024-25 menu “TABLES” refers to tables of various origins as the entry point to explore how we interact with food, drinks and each other in a choreography that is an essential part of our social life. The menu also includes a selection of Selva’s timeless classics, Martini and Highballs, a selection of more than 50 independent Mezcals and Mexican spirits and alcohol-free drinks.
